- DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY: All materials on this website are directed for delivery within the UAE only. We ship all items by Floral Wish temperature controlled Vans or by courier. We do not represent that any item displayed on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside of UAE. The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided or if the recipient refuses the gift, the order will not be refunded. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. You will be notified of such delay and rest assured the order will be delivered as soon as possible. We ship the items/goods by Floral Wish Trading LLC delivery service or by courier service. Delivery of the items/goods are delivered as per the date and time slot opted by the customer at the time of Check Out. Deliveries are made 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 2. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:Floral Wish Trading LLC will not be able to cancel any order that has already been made up. If an order is cancelled before it is made up, we will accept the cancellation and issue a full refund. Changes to flowers and products ordered, as well as delivery times, will be accepted within an hour after payment has been made. For any changes on your order, please contact our customer services.
3.RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Refunds may occasionally be given if product delivered is damaged or faulty. Because of the perishable nature of most products you are advised to make any complaint within the hour after your product was delivered. If the item delivered to you is incorrect, please notify our customer services immediately and we will gladly replace it with the correct item as soon as possible. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
